Fisheye are on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join our expanding team. We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working alongside developers, clients and designers alike to find the best solution available.

You’ll be confident dealing with clients, possess a strong technical aptitude, and have great organisational skills. Most importantly, you’ll have a good business mind, and be able to balance a client’s wish for growth with the opportunities and challenges inherent in their current technical solution; finding the right option for the right price.

  • Takes ownership of issues, makes good judgement calls on when to escalate, and appreciates the importance of delivering service levels to Customer
  • Owns and manages own time and workload, is strategic and measured and encourages the same in others
  • Strong technical aptitude, and ability to communicate this to various team members at different levels of the organisation
  • Ensures they and their knowledge are always on the forefront of new technological developments. Using this to suggest continuous improvements in partnership with quality management
  • Good business acumen – displays good judgement when looking for technical solutions. What are the immediate and longer term costs, benefits, support time required?

Skills

01 key skills

Awareness of Magento and some knowledge of PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML and XML
GIT Workflow and Team development environment
Self Organised and Fast but Accurate Working Approach
You must have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience
Ability to have a laugh and enjoy working within a team and express knowledge

02 desirable skills

Experience within a Magento environment would be advantageous
Magento Solution Specialist Certified

Hours

You will be working from our head office in Shrewsbury, between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
